Make sure you receive our emails
Email providers sometimes filter legitimate email into the spam or junk folder. To make sure you receive important Clinical Edge updates — new content, receipts, course details and account notifications — please add our address to your safe senders, contacts, or address book. This is known as whitelisting.
The address to whitelist is info@clinicaledge.co.
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you find an email from Clinical Edge there, open it and mark it as Not spam (or Not junk). Then follow the steps below for your email provider so future emails arrive in your inbox.
Gmail (web)
- Open your Spam folder and, if you find a Clinical Edge email, open it and click Report not spam.
- With the email open, click the ⋮ (more) menu and choose Filter messages like these.
- Click Create filter, then tick Never send it to Spam.
- Click Create filter to save.
If our emails land under the Promotions tab, drag one into your Primary tab and choose Yes when Gmail asks to do this for future messages.
Outlook.com / Hotmail / Live
- Open the Junk Email folder and, if you find our email, select it and choose Not junk.
- Go to Settings → Mail → Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, add info@clinicaledge.co and save.
Outlook (desktop)
- Right-click a Clinical Edge email in your inbox or junk folder.
- Choose Junk → Never Block Sender.
Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
- Open the Junk mailbox. If a Clinical Edge email is there, open it and mark it as Not Junk — on iPhone/iPad, swipe the message left, tap More, then Mark → Mark as Not Junk.
- Add info@clinicaledge.co to your Contacts.
Yahoo Mail
- Open the Spam folder, select our email, and click Not Spam.
- Add info@clinicaledge.co to your contacts, or create a filter (Settings → Filters → Add) that delivers mail from info@clinicaledge.co to your Inbox.
Other providers and spam filters
If you use a different email service or a spam-filtering app, the same idea applies:
- Add info@clinicaledge.co to your address book, contacts, safe senders, or allowed/approved senders list.
- If an email was filtered, mark it as Not spam / Not junk so your provider learns to deliver it.
- On a work or organisation account, your IT administrator may need to allow our address.
